This document regulates the use of the website that you have just accessed, which the administrator of the Great Mediterranean (from now on denominated as “the administrator”) domiciled in Zaragoza (Spain), with the email address: greatmediterranean@great.com, puts at the disposal of internet users.
The use of this website attributes to you the role of “User” and implies your total and unreserved acceptance to each and every practice, in as far as the legal advice hereby states, in as much as the general or particular conditions of use, in force any time the user accesses said site, therefore if the user does not accept any of the conditions hereby stated, s/he should not continue to access this website.
“The administrator” reserves the right to modify the stated general conditions regarding the usage of this website at any given time, as with any other general conditions, particulars, policy of use, instructions or warnings which result during its application.
In much the same way “the administrator” reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or to cease the website’s activities at any given time. Therefore the user should pay close and considered attention to this document and its contents in their entirety any time they wish to access its pages, as it may be subject to modifications at any time.
All persons, private or legal, residing or domiciled in other nations of the European Union, or outside of it, should ensure that access to our website is permitted under the legislation of their country. 3.2. Introduction of links. Those Users who wish to establish a hyperlink or link between “the administrator’s website” and theirs should first of all obtain authorization from “the administrator” and present a formal request via the following email address: greatmediterranean@great.com, subject to the following stipulations:
- The link will only allow access to the website. Reproduction of the website itself is expressly not permitted.

Nevertheless, “the administrator” can not guarantee the absence of viruses, malware and other such elements which can be introduced by third parties not associated with him/her and can cause logistical alterations or affect the User’s hardware, software, files or documents. 6.4 Inapplicability of guarantees and liability in relation to links. The website puts at the disposal of users technological linking tools, instructions and search engines which allow users to access pages and websites belonging to and managed by third parties. “The administrator” has not certified the content of these sites when s/he creates a link to them, and does so in good faith that the contents of said websites comply with the current legislation. Nevertheless, under no circumstances, is “the administrator” liable, approves of, nor makes any claims in relation to any products, services, contents, information, facts, files or any kind of material there found, furthermore, s/he does not have any control, nor is responsible, or approves of any changes made in said material.
“The administrator” does not guarantee nor assume any responsibility for the losses or damages of any kind which is caused by:
- Site maintenance, including information, content and existing services found in any of the website linked to.
- The forwarding or transference of services, content or information existing in the linked-to websites.
- The quality, legality, trustworthiness and usability of the information and contents on the websites linked to from “the administrators” site, or the contents and services offered by third parties on said sites.
In the event that “the administrator” regards it appropriate or it is deemed necessary by a court order, “the administrator” will remove any links to websites that infringe upon the current legislation and/or the rights of any third parties.

- Gather information regarding the users for publicity or to forward or communicate any promotional material of any kind which aims to make sales or has any other type of commercial objective, without said information having been requested or consented to previously.
- Forward any type of unrequested or consented to message to other users.
- Send electronic chain letters without said information having been requested or consented to previously.
- Use distribution lists that third parties may gain access to via services.
- Put at the disposal of third parties, with regard to any kind of objective, any facts gathered by distribution lists.
- 8. Action taken in the event of Noncomplianc

The “administrator” reserves the right to exercise any legal action at his/her disposal to seek damages from those individuals who have not complied with any of the Conditions of General Use of the website, hereby stipulated.
The “administrator” can remove or suspend the services offered at any time and without prior notice, to those users who not comply with the established Conditions of Use, as stated by current legal advice.
- 9. Partial Nullity

The declaration of any of these general conditions as null and void would not invalidate the remaining conditions, which would continue in effect and remain associated with each other.
At any given time, the renunciation of any of the general conditions hereby stipulated, or their parts, will not signify a general renunciation of the remaining conditions, nor will it indicate the creation of any new acquired rights for the other party.
- 10. Aplicable law and Jurisdiction

The offering of services by the website and its current General Conditions of Use are regulated by Spanish law and in particular by The Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, 34/2002 of 11th July 2002 and its corresponding mandates. In as much as is permitted by law, any party who explicitly repudiates any of the conditions which apply to them, agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Palencia, (Spain).
