Great Mediterranean will store information and some personal details of its Users gathered from the various online forms employed by its website, to be used in relation to the User. The information provided by the Users will be stored in an automated file, belonging to the appropriate society (from now on referred to as “the manager of the file”).
Each time an online form is filled in and personal information is gathered from it, the manager of the file will send the User detailed information regarding the treatment, application, aims and employment of said information. S/he will also receive advice regarding the obligatory and likewise the discretionary sections of the form, and the consequences of failing to provide said answers. The manager of the file will impart any relevant information, as required by current legislation, as regards to the protection of personal data, which in any case should be explicitly agreed to be the User.
The manager of the file agrees to manage any information of a personal nature in accordance with the established legislation in force, and in particular:
- Treat with the utmost confidentiality the personal data of the User to which s/he has access to as a consequence of the User’s navigation of the website. Nonetheless, the manager of the file is able to reveal information of a personal nature, as well as any other data regarding the User, as and when required to do so by the public authorities, in order to comply with any applicable legal proceeding or order.
- Employ the appropriate technological security measures and tools to circumvent the unauthorised alteration, loss, access or manipulation of said data.
Without affecting his/her rights and owing to the current state of security associated with the
use of the internet, the manager of the file can not guarantee that any personal data will not
be used for illicit ends by third parties.
As a result, neither Great Mediterranean or the manager of the file can guarantee or assume
liability for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a consequence of any unauthorised
alteration, loss, access or manipulation of said data, by third parties.
The User agrees to ensure that any information provided to the manager of the file is up to date. The User is responsible for any losses or damages that “i-nercya intelligent software” and/or any third parties suffer as a result of them giving false or inaccurate information, the lack of due caution and having supplied unauthentic data.
